You will build the company around the company. The work spans whatever Conway needs most — recruiting, customer contracts, finance, partnerships, and the systems that keep a fast-growing team fast. The best candidates care most about outcomes for Conway and its customers, less about lanes.
Sample projects include:
- • Own a hiring pipeline end to end, from sourcing to signed offer
- • Negotiate and close a data partnership that expands what Conway's models can learn
- • Drive a legal agreement alongside Conway's counsel to a close
Requirements:
- • Experience in at least one fast moving startup, or you've built something demanding from scratch
- • You write and communicate clearly, move quickly, and finish what you start
- • High tolerance for ambiguity — the job description changes monthly and you like it that way
- • You have a natural tendency to embed new tools, including AI, into your workflow thoughtfully — you "offload your typing, not your thinking"
Nice to haves:
- • Background in recruiting, partnerships, or business operations at an enterprise software company
- • You've worked directly with founders
